Peak rates are subject to change in line with capacity, availability and group type.

LUASCA Golf reserves the right to charge all adults peak rates during this time.

Peak rate times are Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays - 11am to 6pm inclusive.

As the group organiser it is strictly your responsibility to pass on all information onto your guests and assure that they are aware of all terms and conditions for the booking.

All bookings arranged outside of standard opening / closing hours are subject to additional charges.
All Bookings are subject to availability at LUASCA Golf, accommodation and transport providers.
All bookings are deemed provisional until confirmed by LUASCA Golf in writing after receiving full payment and confirmation of group type and size.

Minimum group booking quantity is 2. LUASCA Golf reserve the right to charge any group, full payment for 6 people if the group numbers fall below this number. LUASCA Golf must be notified of any specific room requests or access requirements at the initial stage of booking.

All written quotes are valid for 5 working days.

The cooling-off period ends 7 days after you give your credit card details and payment for a deposit. If you pay a deposit within 7 days of arrival, then a 48 hours cancellation policy will be active. In this case if you cancel less then 48 hours prior to arrival the deposit is non refundable.

Also by giving your credit card details and making payment for the deposit, you are agreeing to our booking terms and conditions. By agreeing to our booking terms and conditions all participants have consented to comply with all our playing rules and safety regulations as set out in our weaver and release of liability.

A valid credit card security will be required at reception with LUASCA Golf/Accommodation provider for noise or damage.

Please note: refunds do not cover general transaction fees.

LUASCA Golf cannot guarantee completion of all sporting challenges for groups who arrive late. Priority is given on a first come first served deposit paid basis.

If the group size is an odd number, the deposit will be brought up to the nearest whole number i.e. if the groups size is 15 people, the 50% would represent 7.5 people, so in this case the deposit will be increased to 8 people. The balance is required 2 weeks from the booking date with written customer confirmation of exact and final numbers. We do not offer refunds to any cancellations after the final payment has been made.

Package 1 and 2 are open to time slots 11:30 am and 3:30 pm only. Priority is given on a a first come first served deposit paid basis.

One voucher valid per party booked.

Voucher is only valid with our food packages.

Minimum group size required is 6 people.

Minimum value of €15 per voucher.

Expiry date – 12 months from the date of issue.

Voucher can not be redeemed in conjunction with a discounted price or special offer.

Any booking canceled within 24 hours of the booking start time is non-refundable.

To request a refund, please email info@luascagolf.ie with your booking reference number at least 24 hours before your booking.

Waver and Release of Liability

All participants must read and agree to comply with all our playing rules and safety regulations as set out below before playing.

LUASCA Golf is by nature a physical activity, and you are entering our premises at your own risk. Therefore, LUASCA Golf is not liable for any injuries caused, now or in the future.

Children under 12 must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. Recommended supervision ratio is 5:1 (one adult to every five children).

Strictly no running or horseplay allowed.

Players must read and follow all safety and usage instructions provided for each bay or piece of equipment.

Players must remain within their designated bay or area at all times and avoid interfering with others' play.

Golf shots must only be played in designated bays. Ensure that swings are controlled and mindful of surroundings.

No spikes, heels, or sharp objects are allowed in the facility. Proper footwear (e.g., trainers or golf shoes without spikes) must be worn at all times.

No food or drinks are permitted in the playing bays. Consumption of food and drinks is allowed only in designated areas.

LUASCA Golf prohibits the use of alcohol and/or other intoxicants on its premises and prohibits the use of equipment and participation in activities by persons under the influence of alcohol and/or other intoxicants.

LUASCA Golf must be advised of any medical or physical condition that may endanger the individual, other participants, or staff members.

In the case of negligence or wilful damage, payment will be demanded for any repairs or replacements required.

LUASCA Golf staff members reserve the right to remove any player/players from the facility who do not adhere to LUASCA Golf's safety and conduct guidelines.

All players participate at their own risk. Please respect our staff and equipment, and enjoy the facility.
